"Services" in this context refers to the AI cheating detection solutions provided by our company. This includes any software, tools, algorithms, or other components utilized to deliver the cheating detection service to users (The exception being our AI grading system service offered by our browser extension tool available only on a monthly subscription.     By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a school or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entities to these Terms.

  3. Services:
    • Our Services include the detection of AI use for cheating purposes among students in educational institutions.
    • Schools are required to pay for the service based on the number of devices (chrome books and desktops) in their possession per semester or annually.
    • The payment for the Services covers AI cheating detection only and does not include other services offered by our company.
  4. User Conduct:
    • School administrators, professors, and students may use the Services.
    • Professors can use the Services to detect cheating among their students.
    • Students may use their devices normally while the Services are active.
    • Students hereby grant authorization for the sharing of their personal data with our Company's proprietary software Browser Extension tool, and consent to the collection and processing of any relevant data by the same tool on behalf of our Company.   5. Payment:
    • Schools must pay for the Services in advance for each semester or for the academic year.
    • Payment terms and amounts are outlined in the agreement between the school and our company.
    • Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or termination of the Services.
  6. Privacy:
    • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
    • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
  7. Intellectual Property:
    • All intellectual property rights in the Services and any content provided therein are owned by or licensed to us.
    • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Services without our prior written permission.
